| Essie LuxeEffects topcoat in 'Shine of the Times' & Kure Bazaar polish available at Anthropologie |
I dressed up this otherwise subtle blue polish with a topcoat from Essie's Luxe Effects collection and was quite pleased by the results. It features shattered pink reflective glitzy sparkles and it's the perfect transitional color to wear between winter & spring.
